Human Resources & Admin Executive (Part Time)

Gim Tim Pte. Ltd.

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure day to day management of HR functions which include recruitment, payroll, staff training, employee benefits, CPF contributions, MOM rulings, Year end IR8A, IR21 submission and all HR related duties.
  • Good understanding of MOM, CPF, IRAS and other Government agency policies related to HR.
  • Familiar with MOM quarterly survey and OED submission.
  • Develop a well-managed HR department with good HR practices.
  • Maintain human resource records by designing an effective filing and retrieval system, keeping past and current records.
  • Prepare monthly payroll reports.
  • Application, renewal and cancellation of work passes.
  • Knowledge of group insurance
  • Familiar with HRIS System
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel & Word
  • Any other duties as and assigned.
