ArchWizard, an e-commerce start-up located at Pemimpin Industrial Building, 63 Jln Pemimpin, #03-10, Singapore 577219, is seeking a motivated Marketing Assistant to join our dynamic team. The role involves managing the company's social media platforms and e-commerce site, as well as assisting with various marketing initiatives.
Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies across platforms including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Xiao Hong Shu (Chinese based platform) etc.
- Create, edit, and administer engaging content that aligns with the company's brand identity.
- Utilize AI generative tools for content creation, staying ahead of emerging trends.
- Design graphics for posters, websites, product labels, and social media content.
- Monitor performance metrics, analyze insights, and manage customer engagement.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to plan and execute digital marketing campaigns.
- Write and edit social media posts to enhance engagement and boost brand visibility.
- Manage high volumes of daily social media interactions.
- Stay up-to-date with best practices in digital marketing and social media.
- Assist in managing product listings and e-commerce operations.
- Handle additional ad-hoc marketing and administrative duties as needed.
Requirements:
- Experience with graphic design tools (e.g., Photoshop, Canva).
- Passion for social media, marketing, e-commerce and gaming.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, for both English and Chinese (for Xiao Hong Shu contents).
- Ability to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to learn and adopt new tools, particularly AI generative tools.
- Self-motivated and eager to develop new skills.
- Interest or experience in gaming is a plus.
- Experience in photography, videography, and copywriting is advantageous.
Remuneration:
- Hourly wage of $12, totalling $1440 per month (based on a part-time schedule of 4 weeks, 4 days per week, and 7.5 hours per day).
- Compensation is on a part-time, hourly basis.
- Opportunities for pay increases and potential conversion to a permanent position.
Working Environment:
- Flexible working hours and a comfortable office environment.
