Job Scope:
- Attend to walk in customer to arrange for car servicing
- Perform high quality of services to customer
- Provide advice professionally based on customer enquiries
- Ensure administrative work is carried out promptly (i.e., warranty claims, internal account, reports, cash debtors, monthly target of CSI scores, etc).
- Help to perform invoice closing and preparation of quotation when needed
Requirements:
- Candidates with related experiences or in related industry will have added advantage.
- Possesses knowledge of automotive
- Class 3 driving license will have advantage
