Our client is a printing and production company and it is a subsidary of a local family business. Currently, they are looking to expand their e-commerce fulfilment team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the end-to-end order fulfillment process of various e-commerce platforms, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of products.
- Coordinate with suppliers, logistics partners, and internal teams to manage inventory levels and stock replenishment.
- Monitor and analyze operational performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing effective solutions.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues related to orders, shipments, and returns in a professional and timely manner.
- Maintain accurate records of orders, shipments, and inventory using our management systems.
- Collaborate with the warehouse team to optimize storage and distribution processes.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and quality standards.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of fulfillment and operational processes.
- Need to support in warehouse pick pack process occassionally.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in fulfillment, operations, or a similar role.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with keen attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach to addressing challenges.
- Understanding of logistics, supply chain management, and warehouse operations.
