Responsibilities:
- Coordinate customer service activities, including managing daily customer service calls and emails, and contacting Lucky Draw winners (if applicable).
- Periodically update LED messages at petrol stations.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as member card management and SPC voucher printing.
- Support SPC voucher procurement, department procurement, and other procurement needs for the service stations.
- Coordinate courier services.
- Oversee pest control coordination.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- A-Level or Diploma preferred.
- At least 1 year of working experience in admin/customer service support.
- Ability to handle customer service issues and liaise with various internal and external stakeholders.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- A good team player with a positive working attitude.
Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM, 5 working days
Contract Duration: 15 Sep 2024 – 14 Jan 2025 (Non-Renewable)
