Job Description:
As an Experienced Telemarketer, your primary role will be to reach out to potential clients who have shown interest in Singapore PR applications. Your goal will be to schedule appointments with these prospects for further consultation with our immigration experts. Your expertise in telemarketing and your ability to communicate effectively will play a crucial role in driving our client engagement and business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls to potential clients who have expressed interest in Singapore PR applications.
- Present the benefits and process of applying for Singapore PR clearly and professionally.
- Schedule appointments for clients to meet with our immigration consultants.
- Maintain detailed records of all interactions and appointments in our CRM system.
- Follow up on leads and provide excellent customer service to address any questions or concerns.
- Meet or exceed weekly and monthly appointment scheduling targets.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize outreach strategies and improve lead conversion rates.
