Responsibilities:
- Solutions Provider: Offer managed and unified communications solutions for enterprise and contact center telecommunications.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with both existing and potential clients.
- Needs Assessment: Understand client requirements and provide customized solutions.
- Sales Pipeline Management: Develop and expand your sales pipeline by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
- Performance Review: Regularly assess your sales performance and create strategies to meet or exceed targets.
- Consulting and Support: Provide consulting and after-sales support to ensure successful implementation and client satisfaction.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with internal sales support and technical teams to deliver optimal solutions.
Requirements:
- Education: Minimum Higher Nitec or equivalent.
- Experience: Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Interest in Sales: Strong passion and interest in sales.
- Knowledge Advantage: Understanding of IT and Unified Communications (UC) products is a plus
