Must Have
- Implementation experience in LowCode/NoCode platforms, Cyber security domain programs in IAM, Consent Management, SRE, Endpoint
- Min 10 yrs experience on Telecom OSS/BSS transformation program delivery
- Experience in Implementing Cybersecurity framework for large banking and insurance clients
- Knowledge of ITIL standards

- Industry best practice knowhow
- Knowledge of ITIL, ITSM, ETOM standards
- Project management skills and experience
- Knowledge of SAP based programs execution
Roles & Responsibilities
- Work with the key client stakeholders to understand the demand opportunities in their areas and position Company capabilities accordingly.
- Work with key stakeholders to position Company offerings and capabilities to client capture new initiatives and potential white spaces.
- Participate in multi tiered governance forums to present the health of the portfolios.
- Work closely with external stakeholders to ensure the service delivery to client is done in a seamless manner.
