Your responsibilities include attending to customers’ needs and enquiries. Deliver prompt, efficient and quality service to customers with good follow up of customers enquiries and feedback.
You will also handle minimal administrative duties as well as coordinating documentation, work permit, and arrival of new MDWs.
From time to time, you are also required to provide counselling to the Migrant Workers and occasionally, the employers.
You’ll need ‘O’/’A’ Level/Diploma with a minimum 1 year of working experience in Maid agency with CEI certificate. Yes, you’ll need to be pleasant with outgoing personality, someone who enjoys meeting people as well as a result oriented and a dynamic team player.
