Job Description
- Identify new prospects and generate new accounts to achieve trade sales targets
- Establish and nurture strong relationships with clients and deliver excellent customer service
- Identify new business opportunities and expand the company’s clientele
- Activating, retaining and developing clients and delivering on monthly sales targets
- Manage accounts through replying enquiries, timely fulfilment of orders and other administrative requirements
- Assist in planning and co-ordinating wine tastings or other wine events
- Effectively communicate product information to potential buyers
- Managing invoices and payments from clients
- Work closely with the admin & logistics team
Job Requirement:
- At least 2 years of relevant work experience and with strong focus on service
- Pleasant personality and well groomed
· Team player and able to work in a fast paced environment
- Sales oriented with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Wine knowledge is advantageous
- High initiative and positive attitude
