Job Overview:
As a Telemarketer at Dunlin Immigration, you will be an integral part of our sales and client outreach team. Your primary responsibility will be to engage with potential clients via phone to promote our services, qualify leads, and schedule appointments for our immigration consultants. This role is ideal for a results-driven individual with excellent communication skills who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce our immigration services and assess their needs.
- Follow a structured script while personalizing conversations to effectively communicate our service offerings.
- Qualify leads by gathering information on clients’ immigration goals and determining their eligibility for specific programs.
- Maintain a detailed record of conversations, follow-ups, and outcomes using our CRM system.
- Schedule appointments for qualified leads with our immigration consultants.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to refine messaging and improve lead generation strategies.
- Achieve or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly targets for calls, lead conversions, and appointments.
- Provide accurate information to potential clients about our services, processes, and timelines.
- Handle objections professionally and provide solutions to prospective clients' concerns.
- Assist with additional sales and customer service tasks as needed.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in telemarketing, sales, or customer service (preferably in immigration, recruitment, or financial services).
- Strong verbal communication skills with a persuasive and engaging phone presence.
- Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to handle rejection positively and remain motivated.
- Proficiency with CRM software and basic computer skills.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of immigration processes or consultancy services is a plus.
