Description
Manage the construction day-to-day operations to ensure efficiency and performance in accordance to project specification and budget.
Responsibilities
- To oversee the planning, analysis, recommendations in support of project maintenance/ repairs, where construction activities may be related to new facilities or modification to existing sites.
- To perform cost estimation on project maintenance/ construction budgets.
- To allocate capital and human resources to maximise productivity.
- To lead, guide, evaluate and develop a team of Field Engineers with operational responsibilities to ensure that the maintenance team achieves it project specifications and complies with all relevant regulations and laws.
- To establish priorities, monitor progress, revise schedules and resolve issues to accomplish work results by communicating job expectations, planning, monitoring and appraising job results, policies, and procedures.
- To ensure that organisation and government standards on safety and quality are met.
Requirements
- Diploma in Engineering (Civil, Electrical & Mechanical) is preferred
- NTC3 in mechanical fitting is an added advantage.
- Preferably with 5 to 8 years of experience in the Oil and Gas or related industries, and minimum 5 years in supervisory level.
