Responsibilities:
Handle the formation of offshore companies and issuance of documents
Assist in handling clients' Due Diligence matters and clients' enquiries
Requirements:
Holder of Diploma in Corporate Administration Company Secretarial Studies
With at least 5 - 8 years relevant experience in company secretarial practice
Good knowledge of Flag State functions
Knowledge of Ship Registration procedures will be a plus
Experience with Marketing of Offshore Companies
Independent, self-motivated, well organized and detail-minded
Competent in database system and MS Office
A team player with good interpersonal, oral and written communication skills
