- Position: Customer Service Agent
Working days: 6 days (rotating shift)
Location: Changi Airport Terminals
Salary: S2,000 and above
JD:
- Checking-in,greeting passengers upon their arrival and ensuring a smooth departure process.
- To assist passengers with special needs or provide customer service in exclusive premier lounges.
- Handle meet/ greet service at the reception area and perform basic computerized transactions.
**Annual Leave: 12 days
**Staff transport will be provided for candidates working beyond midnight.
- Position: Customer Service Officer
Working days: 6 days (rotating shift)
Location: Changi Airport Terminals
Salary: S2,300 and above
JD:
- Oversee and lead a team in managing daily operations,making final decisions on matters of importance to ensure a positive passenger experience and satisfaction.
- Guide,develop, motivate and mentor both new and existing staff,maintaning the highest service,grooming, and discipline standards.
- Ensure compliance with safety ,security , and standard operating procedures of the company,airlines and airport authorities.
**Annual Leave: 12 days
