About the Role
This role will be a Senior Credit Structurer based in Singapore responsible for building out the credit products suite for ANZ Markets. The candidate will work with Sales teams to maintain and grow core customer relationships and develop market leading position in relevant market/s, expand channel, and drive business initiatives for growth.

What will your day look like?
- Responsible for buildout of Credit Products Suite including Access Products like CLNs and TRNs, SPV Setup for Repacks and TRS in a phased manner.
- Work with trading / sales to create, deliver and promote new ideas and solutions to meet client needs.
- Work on Product Approvals for new Credit Products in conjunction with Trading , Product Management team and enablement areas like Risk, Finance , Ops , Legal and Compliance etc for product delivery.
- Ensure adherence to ANZ policies, limits, processes and external regulatory and legislative requirements.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and procedures whilst maintaining safe and fair markets.
What will you bring?
To grow and be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following:
- Strong background and experience in Credit Products with focus on access products, build out of repacks, SPV setup, TRS.
- Experience in setup of credit products from scratch including internal approvals and liaising with internal stakeholders like Legal, Compliance and Risk etc.
- Experience in dealing with Structured Repo and Financing , leveraged and cross border access products , structuring and pricing of credit derivatives, both funded and unfunded.
- Proven track record in building a business with strong customer focus, experience in working with Sales and Trading teams to market credit products in North and SE Asia. Detailed knowledge of Japanese market is a plus though not essential.
- Experience with SPIRE / third party SPV platforms is a plus.
- Additional experience in Rates or FX Structured Products is a plus.
