Reports to: Contact Centre Team Lead
Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound customer service calls and provide first-level support across OMNI channels.
- Resolve customer queries efficiently and escalate issues as needed.
- Adhere closely to standard operating procedures.
- Collaborate with team members to meet contact centre service levels.
Requirements:
- Strong command of English (e.g. Minimum grade of C5 in English at O Level.)
- Fluency in a second language is advantageous.
- Preferably 1-2 years of experience in a call centre or service-related role.
- Pleasant disposition with strong communication skills.
- Proficient in computer use and typing.
- Commute to work location at AMK.
