Student Support Services Executive

Roles & Responsibilities

  1. To handle all customer enquiries;
  2. To conduct pre-course counselling to walk-in students during the enrolment process;
  3. To provide administrative support (documentation) for the department in the areas of recruitment agent's trainings, performance evaluation and contract renewal;
  4. To assist in the collection of fees and transfer timely to head office;
  5. To perform frontline enquiries and reception duties;
  6. To manage the Student Support Services' Reception Desk and resources to ensure it is welcoming and informative;
  7. To assist in the monitoring of student's attendance, generating attendance reports and timely submitting to ICA;
  8. To update student data into the electronic Student Management System promptly;
  9. To provide support and documentation on the handling of feedback and complaint;
  10. To support the sales process and distribution of study materials;
  11. To process transfer and withdrawal requests;
  12. To assist the administration of the assessment process;
  13. To maintain the Student Personal files updated at all times;
  14. To collect and ensure all PEI-Student Contracts are duly signed by students and/or guardians;
  15. To collect payments (course fees) and issue receipts;
  16. To purchase Fees Protection (FPS) for fees collected;
  17. To assist in the generation of Standard PEI-Student Contracts;
  18. To perform any other duties as instructed by Supervisor.
