Responsibilities:
- Prepare and manage internal reports, including daily monitoring, report calculations, and regulatory database updates.
- Prepare and submit MAS regulatory reports
- Coordinate with the company's tax agent to provide necessary tax information and verify accuracy of submitted data for tax filings.
- Liaise with external auditors to provide required data, ensuring accurate disclosure in the company’s annual report.
- Process staff claims and daily operating expense payments efficiently.
- Maintain accounting schedules and handle any ad-hoc tasks assigned by management.
Requirements:
- Possess a Degree in Accountancy or related accounting qualifications
- Minimum 3 years relevant accounting experience in banks
- Effectively bilingual in English & Chinese due to reporting to China Head Office & colleagues
- Proficient in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Words
