Job Info:
- Salary: Basic up to $4700 + AWS + VB + Transport Allowance $880
- Working Hours: Monday - Friday (9am - 5:30pm)
- Location: Changi Business Park Vista

Job Scope:
- Prepare quotations for services and spare parts in response to customer inquiries
- Execute service tasks, including in-house repairs and on-site commissioning, for a range of gas and water quality analyzers, CEMS, and AQMS
- Diagnose analyzer issues and advise customers on optimal solutions, adhering to company's standard procedures and safety protocols
- Cultivate and maintain strong customer relationships while delivering high-quality service support
- Collaborate with customers to address service concerns and resolve technical issues effectively
- Assist project teams in conducting Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT) and Site Acceptance Tests (SAT) for projects
- Identify opportunities to secure new preventive maintenance contracts
- Conduct product training sessions for end-users and distributors
Requirements:
- Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Environmental, Science, Electronics/Electrical Engineering or equivalent qualification)
- Preferably 3 - 5 years of working experience or more in the analytical instruments or related field
- Knowledge of gas analyzers, CEMS, AQMS, and water quality analyzers would be advantageous
- Must have field service engineer experience. Technical competence in air/gas & water quality analytical instruments. Exposure to process & environmental monitoring equipment
- Customer-oriented with a positive attitude
