Japanese Restaurant Operations Manager
Salary: $5000 - $6000
Working Hours: 5 days/week
Location: Islandwide
Responsibilities:
General Purpose
- Plan, direct and coordinate the operations team.
- Main responsible is ensuring and improving the performance, productivity, efficiency and profitability of the operations through the provision of effective methods and strategies.
- Manage the local operations with the direction of the Directors on day-to-day business of all the outlets and local profit and loss performance
- Coordination and monitor the workings of various departments in the organization.
- Make important policy, planning and strategy and operations procedures
- Promote good company culture that encourages top performance and high morale
- Oversee budgeting, reporting, planning and auditing
- Work with senior stakeholders and boar of directors
- Ensure outlets compliance with all relevant regulation and legislation
- Identify and address problems and opportunities for the company
Outlets Management
- Outlet sales budget (or target) management; and management of KPI’s
- Outlet cost control: Labour cost, food cost, operating cost; e.g Utilities. Disposable products and others
- Handling customer feedback, complaint and comment in a professional way
People Management
- Involving team members recruitment and hiring
- Conduct and review training such as Orientation, On Job Training (OJT)
- Monitor team members’ training progress and performance evaluation
Others
- Monitor, manage and improve the efficiency of support services such as Marketing, HR, Accounts and Finance.
- Facilitate coordination and communication between support functions
- Plan and conduct monthly outlet meeting with target and action plan
- Monthly outlet performance analysis and audit, analysis and action plan
Requirements:
- At least 5 years related experience in F&B industry
- Able to work in a fast pace environment
- Possess positive attitude and responsibilities
- Love challenges and able to work under pressure
- Customer-service oriented personality
