Job Description:
- Proactive Sales: Drive the proactive sales of Service Contracts via phone and electronic media to a defined list of dedicated
- target accounts.
- Campaign Execution: Execute targeted telesales campaigns to generate new business opportunities.
- Lead Management: Follow up on leads and enquiries, prepare compelling quotations, and close orders effectively.
- Customer Understanding: Understand customers’needs and provide professional recommendations tailored to each client.
- Target Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed monthly call and sales targets.
- Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with our service offerings to maintain a competitive edge in the industry.
Job Requirements: Min Diploma in any course w min 2 yrs of relevant telesales / customer service experience
