Job Scope:
You will be involved in the following work areas:
• Handle counter enquiries and provide information to users on the processes
• Receive applications for records/appeals at the counters and verify that the documents submitted are properly filed
• Participate in initiatives to strengthen touchpoint-centric service design and explore innovations that enhance service experience
• Provide suggestions on improving service quality and processes to enhance court users’ service experience.
Requirements:
• 2 – 5 years of working experience in related industries or environment, such as in a customer-fronting job, would be an advantage
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Experience with using a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system would be an advantage
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite of applications (in particular Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
• Candidates without the required work experience but possess the relevant skills are welcome to apply
Salary: $2000/month
Contract Period: 1 Year, with extension
Location: Clarke Quay
Working Arrangement:
Mon to Thur : 8.30 am to 6.00 pm
Fri : 8.30 am to 5.30 pm
