- Support sales department
- Handle sales order & quotation
- Processing order by email or phone
- Issuing invoice and arrange scheduling work for technician
- Handle incoming requests, prepare offers and create order confirmations
- Ensure customer relationship are maintained during the sales process
- Achieve sales targets in cooperation with Managing Director
