- Senior associate /Legal Counsel (Dispute/ Corporate Practice)

- Salary up to 9,000 + Bonus
- Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm

- Location: Marina, Centre Region
Responsibilities (Dispute Resolution):
- Conduct thorough legal research and analysis on various dispute resolution cases.
- Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, briefs, and court filings.
- Assist in case management by organizing and maintaining case files, calendars, and deadlines.
- Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and other stakeholders.
- Prepare for and participate in negotiations, mediations, and arbitrations.
- Provide legal advice and counsel to clients on dispute resolution matters.
Responsibilities (Corporate Practice):
- Assist in structuring, negotiating, and documenting corporate transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, corporate reorganizations, and financings.
- Conduct due diligence reviews and analyze corporate documents, contracts, financial statements, and regulatory filings.
- Draft and review transactional documents, such as purchase agreements, shareholder agreements, merger documents, and corporate resolutions.
- Provide legal advice and guidance to clients on corporate governance matters, compliance issues, and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with clients, opposing counsel, and other stakeholders to negotiate and resolve complex legal issues.
- Work closely with partners to develop and implement strategies to achieve client objectives.
Additional Information:
- The applicant candidates should possess 3 to 5 years of PQE along with relevant experience.
- Possess Practicing Certificate
- Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Commitment to upholding ethical standards and maintaining client confidentiality.
