HR - Deputy Manager

We are seeking a strategic and results-oriented HR Business Partner to join our growing team in Noida. In this critical

role, you will partner with business leaders to translate strategic objectives into actionable HR initiatives that drive

employee engagement, build a high-performing workforce, and support the achievement of business goals. You will

be a trusted advisor on all people-related matters, acting as a bridge between the HR department and the business.

This is an Individual Contributor role.


Job Role and Responsibilities:

 Strategic Partnership:

 Partner with business leaders across all levels to understand their unique needs and challenges.

 Provide advisories to the management regarding employment issues which includes labour

legislations, best local labour practices, company manpower practices and ensure legal compliances

with all statutory requirements.

 Translate business goals into a comprehensive HR strategy that aligns with talent management

objectives.

 Participate in strategic planning meetings and contribute to the development of the business unit's

overall direction.

 Proactively identify and address HR-related risks and opportunities that could impact the business.


 Talent Management & Engagement:


 Develop and implement innovative talent acquisition strategies to attract and hire top talent.

 In charge of full spectrum of recruitment cycle including preparing and posting of job descriptions,

interviewing, and handling on / off-boarding.

 Design and execute engaging onboarding programs to ensure new hires are quickly integrated into

the team.

 Lead the development and implementation of employee engagement initiatives to boost morale,

productivity, and retention.

 Partner with managers to develop and implement performance management programs that drive

employee development and growth.

 Conduct stay interviews and analyse employee engagement data to identify areas for improvement.


 HR Operations & Expertise:

 Hands on with HR issues such as employee relations, grievances, complaints and provide counselling

/ guidance.

 Monitor performance, identify and facilitate opportunities to increase productivity and efficiency.

 Provide expert guidance and coaching to managers on HR policies, procedures, and best practices.

 Timely submission of claims and training grants to various government agencies / statutory bodies

 Administer and interpret HR policies and procedures, maintaining compliance with all applicable

laws and regulations.

 Partner with HR operations and SMEs to deliver customized HR solutions that meet the specific

needs of the business unit.

 Conduct various types of interviews (selection, exit, stay interviews, etc.) and facilitate one-on-one

meetings and focus group discussions.

 Analyze HR metrics and data to identify trends and develop data-driven solutions to improve talent

management strategies

 Change Management & Culture:

 Champion cultural change initiatives and support the development of a high-performing and

inclusive work environment.

 Facilitate open communication and collaboration between HR and the business.

 Serve as a change agent, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.

 Additional Responsibilities:

 Coordinate and manage the execution of HR projects with global and regional HR teams.

 Identify and recommend HR technology solutions to streamline HR processes and improve efficiency.

 Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across the organization.

 Stay up to date on current HR trends and best practices.


Desired for the Role:

 Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related disciplines

 Excellent verbal and written communication skills

 High degree of integrity and discipline

 Ability to create, present and execute ideas, reports, and budgets.

 Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.


 Strong knowledge in local employment laws and best practice
