Seeking for an Assistant Manager, Campus Partnerships and Internship Programme, Contract till Jun 2025, Up to $6K
Location: Pasir Panjang
5 Day Work Week, 42 hours per week
Be a brand ambassador to represent the organisation in campus events!
Drive partnerships initiatives with schools to build talent pipelines for our young talent programmes (GeekOut, Internship, Technology Associate Programme and Smart Nation Scholarship).
Manage the end-to-end internship recruitment and engagement lifecycle.
This includes planning of high volume recruitment processes, coordination with stakeholders on recruitment operations, working with engineers on setting up of tech assessments, data reporting and improvement of processes to ensure positive candidate experience.
The role also includes managing the internship programmes such as onboarding and offboarding of interns, interns development activities to ensure a positive learning experience for the interns and perform other duties when required.
Responsibilities:
- Organise and attend campus partnerships events such as guest lectures, workshops, sponsorship events, networking events, etc.
- Support events logistics, manage publicity materials and work closely with vendors in the procurement of services and goods required for our events
- Coordinate internship selection and technical assessments
- Track, analyse and report on internship selection progression. Update school stakeholders on progress.
- Review recruitment and selection processes and make recommendation on areas for improvement
- Organised and participate in internship engagement activities
Requirements:
- Open to fresh graduates, past work experiences in campus/events planning, recruitment work is preferred
- Passionate about engaging students and see them develop interest in tech
- Strong ownership, pro-active, conceptual and has analytical skills
- Able to forge strong relationship at all levels and influencing key stakeholders
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
