The Opportunity

We are seeking a dynamic and creative Marketing Manager to join our esteemed energy portfolio team. This role offers a unique chance to be at the forefront of the energy sector, driving innovation and making significant career advancements. You'll work in a fast-paced, exciting environment with a fantastic culture, playing a crucial role in developing our business beyond events to solve customer problems through a multi-channel approach.


Key Responsibilities

  • Strategy Development: Craft and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy that aligns with our event goals.
  • Campaign Execution: Plan and implement compelling, customer-focused marketing campaigns.
  • Performance Analysis: Define, measure, and analyze campaign success, managing KPIs and reporting.
  • Budget Management: Deliver campaigns within budget, providing accurate forecasts and ensuring optimal ROI on marketing spend.
  • Data Strategy: Conduct data audits and gap analyses to shape data acquisition strategies, targeting segmented audiences effectively.
  • Content Creation: Write and proofread promotional content tailored to various personas.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Stay informed on data privacy and current data regulations.
  • Technology Integration: Introduce new technologies to enhance customer engagement and maximize data opportunities.
  • Sales Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team to create campaigns that meet commercial objectives and improve conversion rates.
  • Industry Insight: Stay updated with the latest industry and marketing trends, sharing insights with the team and management.


Requirements

  • Campaign Success: Proven track record of implementing successful segmented promotional campaigns.
  • Channel Expertise: Excellent knowledge of best practices across email, social media, paid media, websites, and chatbots.
  • People Management: Strong ability to manage teams and work effectively with clients.
  • Proactivity: Highly proactive, able to exceed objectives with energy and tenacity.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical abilities to interpret data and convert it into actionable insights.
  • Strategic Planning: Solid background in developing strategies and executing growth-driven campaigns.
  • Technology Proficiency: Working knowledge of current marketing technologies for lead generation and customer service.
  • Database Management: Experience with complex databases and segmentation techniques.
  • Collaboration: Proven ability to collaborate with sales teams to maximize sales opportunities.
  • CRM Expertise: Familiarity with marketing automation and CRM platforms (Pardot, PowerBI, Salesforce preferred).
  • Regulatory Knowledge: Understanding of GDPR laws, preference centers, and privacy policies.
  • Results Focused: Strongly results-focused, able to demonstrate success through proven metrics.
  • Integrity: Strong sense of personal accountability, integrity, authenticity, and honesty.
