- Screen, prepare and submit quotations in response to enquiries for replacement pumps / mechanical seal service / spares, etc
- Screen, prepare and submit technical and commercial proposals to customers.
- Ensure proper and competitive price calculations; keep in mind the minimum margin requirements.
- Clarification of quotations to customers; where applicable.
- Follow-up on order status for the quotations made and obtain order intakes.
- Check orders and ensure that all terms and conditions are in line with the offer and requirements.
- Process orders, provide confirmation and raise indent / purchase orders to factories or sub-suppliers.
- Monitor and ensure timely delivery from factories / sub-suppliers against committed timelines.
- Coordinate with shipping department to arrange shipments.
- Negotiate with factories / sub-suppliers for better pricing and turnaround time, if needed.
- Any other ad-hoc duties as per assigned by HOD.
