Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled Sales Coordinator to join and manage sales and administrative operations. The Sales Coordinator is responsible for managing the day-to-day sales operations, processing sales orders, and providing exceptional customer service. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle a high volume of inquiries while proactively sourcing new sales opportunities.


Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage daily sales operations to ensure smooth and efficient processes. Handle sales order processing, including quotations, sales orders, purchase orders, delivery orders, and invoicing. Deliver excellent support and customer service to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction. Proactively source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up. Connect with key customer contacts as needed to build and maintain strong relationships. Coordinate projects and support the lead manager to ensure projects are executed according to the agreed plan and schedule. Liaise with internal teams such as Finance, Procurement, Logistics, and Marketing to ensure seamless project execution. Assist in the preparation and submission of relevant reports and documents for tenders. Maintain accurate records and documentation to support sales activities and reporting requirements. Attend frequent online and offline product training sessions arranged by vendors to stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends.


Qualifications:

· Diploma in Business Administration or equivalent

· 1-2 years experience in sales coordination or similar role

· Excellent communication skills, provide good after sales & customer service

· Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

· Proficient in MS Office

· Mandarin and English language skills for liaising with clients

Exposure to computer hardware/ software/ maintenance contract is preferred
