Job Description - 5 working days per week, including weekend (when there is an event or training in weekend).
- Provide overall support in operations, such as office/sales/inventories admin duties.
- Handle inbound inquiries and feedback to customers via phone, walk in, emails and social media platform.
- Assist and coordinate in online events, on-site training/exhibitions, etc.
- Preparing the event and monitoring/increasing the number of sign-up rates.
- Assists in reminder and follow up.
- Assist in setting up rooms for events and zoom calls.
- Maintain customer records by updating account information.
- Reaching out to potential leads through a variety of channels, such as email, phone, text, and social media.
- Managed Website and Social Media Platforms to keep up to date with new content and latest promotion.
- Analysed metrics to develop an effective strategy for digital and campaigns and increase website traffic.
- Processing order, sales invoice, and admin filing.
- Responsible for researching, developing marketing opportunities, and planning and implementing new sales plans.
- To support any ad-hoc project assigned by Management.
