Helps to maintain mutual relations between Jamiyah and its public. To provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office. Supports managers and employees through a variety of tasks related to organization and communication.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Managing correspondence, answering phone calls, responding to emails, and handling inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
- Handle general administrative duties like filing, photocopying of documents, email and couriers.
- Schedule appointments, reserve meeting rooms, and send out meeting invitations. Ensure all necessary materials and resources are prepared in advance.
- Supporting in distribution of memos, letters, emails and forms.
- Assist with processing and tracking expense reports, ensuring adherence to organizational policies and procedures. Maintain accurate records and reconcile expenses as needed.
- Provide support with ad hoc projects, events, or assignments as assigned by supervisors. Be adaptable and willing to take on additional responsibilities as needed.
Requirements
- Minimum GCE ‘O’ Level OR Diploma in any related field.
- To be present occasionally alone in charge or in assistance at out-of-hours functions.
- Meticulous, detailed in work and able to handle deadlines and stress.
- Systematic and organized in handling administrative and management work.
Working Hours & Location
- East Area, Geylang
- 9am - 630pm, 5.5 Days work week (Alt Saturday)
