Responsibilities:
- Handle import, export and local shipments
- Prepare import and export permit declarations
- Ensure Job Sheets are accurately raised and completed
- Update all charges/fees incurred in delivery of services
- Responsible for the Logistic Operation (Customers, Transportation and Warehouse)
- Ensure efficient and effective scheduling and routing for delivery services
- Perform ad-hoc duties assigned by Superior
Requirements:
- GCE 'O' or 'A' or ITE or equivalent
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Knowledge of Tradenet is an added advantage (training will be provided)
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Independent yet a good team player
Additional Information:
- Salary will be commensurate according to experience and qualifications

- Location: Tuas South (2-way bus provided at Jurong Point)
- Working days/hours: Monday to Friday / 08:45hrs to 17:30hrs
- Alternate Saturday: Once-a-month (WFH) / 08:45hrs to 12:45hrs
- Flexible Work Arrangement: 2 WFH days per month
