Admin Assistant

Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Administrative Assistant to support various departments including the account department, warehouse, HR department, and general administration. The ideal candidate will be adept at handling a wide range of administrative and executive support tasks while juggling multiple priorities with professionalism and efficiency.


Key Responsibilities:


Account Department Support:

  • Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable tasks.
  • Prepare invoices, expense reports, and financial documents.
  • Coordinate with vendors and clients regarding payments and billing inquiries.

Warehouse Management:

  • Coordinate shipments and deliveries.
  • Maintain inventory records and track stock levels.
  • Work closely with the warehouse team to ensure efficient operations.

General Administrative Duties:

  • Manage office supplies and equipment.
  • Handle incoming calls and correspondence.
  • Maintain filing systems, both electronic and physical.
  • Schedule meetings and appointments.
  • Prepare reports and presentations as needed.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or similar role.
  • Knowledge of office management systems and procedures.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS Outlook, in particular).
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently.

Education and Experience:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent; additional qualification as an Administrative Assistant or Secretary will be a plus.
  • Experience in handling accounts, warehouse management, or HR functions preferred.
