Job Description
The position is designed for an order processing administrator (back office) to support our Sales Team, reporting to the Manager.
Job Responsibilities:
· Preparing quotations, orders, sales orders, delivery notes etc.
· Arrangement and follow up of shipments.
· Cooperation and communication with customers, sales team, logistic companies and other subsidiaries including the head office in Germany.
The successful candidate would preferably have:
- ITE and above
- Some experience in a similar position or industry, however, candidates with little or no experience will also be considered. Introduction training will be provided.
- Confidence in using MS word, MS Excel and MS Power Point as part of daily work as well as SAP.
