Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic Marketing Specialist with a strong understanding of digital marketing, social media, content creation, and analytics. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational and time management skills, strong communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.


Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute effective lead generation strategies on social media accounts (TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, XHS, etc.).
  • Manage social media calendars for effective content planning and scheduling.
  • Source and manage user-generated content (UGC) creators that align with our brand identity and values.
  • Track, analyze, and optimize lead generation strategies and other marketing campaigns.
  • Perform creative copywriting for social media captions, blog posts, and content.
  • Curate organic social media content that resonates with our audience and drives engagement.
  • Coordinate with marketing team members to brainstorm and develop innovative marketing ideas and strategies.
  • Oversee and coordinate various marketing initiatives from conception to execution for marketing projects/campaigns.
  • Create and refine videos/photos for social media and UGC content, ensuring they meet high-quality standards and align with our brand consistency.
  • Lead the execution of marketing campaigns, including digital, print, social media, and events.
  • Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of marketing campaigns.

Job Requirements:

  • At least 3 years of experience in marketing.
  • At least 1 year of experience in handling and managing social media accounts (TikTok, Instagram, Facebook).
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, mass communication, business, or a related course preferred; candidates currently pursuing such a degree will also be considered.
  • Basic knowledge and software skills of Canva, Capcut, and/or Adobe.
  • Have a portfolio of most recent works (School / Work).
  • Possess a strong command of English, with exceptional creative and persuasive copywriting skills.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Able to work independently, manage time effectively, communicate well, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and maintain attention to detail for consistent brand messaging.
