Job Scope:
Source for clients and work closely with them to understand their staffing needs, job descriptions, and company culture.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and repeat business.
Create and post job advertisements on various platforms, including job portals
Ensure a positive experience for candidates, from initial contact through to the final placement.
Prepare and manage recruitment documentation, including contracts, job descriptions, and candidate records.
Requirement:
Min. 5 years of working experience in a recruitment agency
