Our client is looking for a Temp Customer Service Specialist to assist their team for the next phase of their business. They are located in the East - easily accessible.
Responsibilities:
- Inputs document data, including order entries, and prepares various forms and documents.
- Reviews customer purchase orders to assess and ensure order requirements are met.
- Maintains record-keeping processes, operates office equipment, and handles incoming calls professionally.
- Collaborates with different functions to monitor active orders and ensure on-time delivery (OTD).
- Proofreads documents to verify part numbers and accuracy.
Requirements:
- Relevant work experience
- Proficient in using MS Office applications
