Job Summary:
- Basic up to $3700
- Monday - Friday, 9am - 6pm
- Location: Kallang
Job Scope:
- Collaborate with managers to understand team needs and boost productivity.
- Implement effective recruitment strategies and maintain candidate pool records.
- Manage new employee onboarding and probation reviews.
- Maintain employee records, ensure legal compliance, and monitor time and attendance.
- Ensure compliance with Singapore employment laws and regulations, including Legal Services Regulatory Authority, Law Society and Ministry of Manpower (MoM).
- Identify talent, address skills gaps, and coordinate training programs.
- Support management in fostering accountability and performance.
- Ensure fair application of disciplinary procedures and termination processes.
- Maintain understanding of market remuneration and benefits.
- Uphold confidentiality and data security at all times.
Job Requirement:
- Minimum 2 to 3 years of experience in full spectrum of Human Resources function
- Proven experience as an HR Manager or in a similar HR leadership role
- Familiarity with Singaporean employment laws and regulations
- Experience within Telco/Construction industry will be preferred
