Position Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Retail Sales Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for engaging with customers, providing expert leather consultations, and driving sales. Your primary focus will be on delivering exceptional service, maintaining an organized outlet, and achieving monthly sales targets.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Distribute product samples to shoppers and provide detailed consultations on leather materials and products.
  • Conduct sales pitches, persuade prospects, and convert them into loyal customers.
  • Prepare and present brochures, flyers, and other promotional materials to assist clients in selecting suitable products and services.
  • Perform onsite visits to better understand client needs and deliver tailored solutions.
  • Build and maintain productive relationships with customers by discovering their wants and needs.
  • Consistently meet and exceed monthly sales targets, demonstrating a commitment to going the extra mile.
  • Continuously enhance product knowledge and act as a subject matter expert for customers.
  • Provide brand and product training to peers as required.
  • Support overall day-to-day retail operations and ensure smooth functioning of the outlet.

Requirements:

  • Education: Degree holder in Management or Communication field.
  • Experience: Minimum of three years in proactive sales with proven customer-facing experience, preferably in a customer service role.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong knowledge of leather materials and products, and a sales-oriented mindset with a passion for achieving targets.
  • Availability: Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays. Must be comfortable with rotating shifts.
  • Attitude: Positive working attitude, collaborative style, and a commitment to exceeding customer expectations.
