Job Summary:
The role involves managing staff and vendor on-boarding/off-boarding according to standard operating procedures. Additionally, it includes providing secretariat support for meetings. The position also entails supporting business-as-usual operations for IT project managers, along with any other relevant duties.
Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for on-boarding/ off-boarding of staff and vendor based on the documented SOP. Examples of the activities involved includes (a) liaise with contractor / vendor personnel to obtain the necessary information for security clearance, (b) raising necessary request for IT equipment and account provisioning.
- Provide secretariat support for meetings. Examples of activities involved includes (a) proposing available meeting slots, (b) liaising with stakeholders to confirm meeting schedule, (c) booking of meeting rooms and registering of visitors.
- Support business-as-usual operations to IT project managers
- Any other Duties
What we are looking for
- Diploma in any field
- Min. 5 years of working experience
- Well-verse in MS excel, MS word and MS outlook
- Good communications skills and the ability to interact professionally with users and vendors
