As we continue to grow, we are looking for a Global Campaigns Lead Specialist to join us. Based at our HQ office in Singapore and reporting into the Senior Marketing Manager (Global), this role entails strategy planning, implementation, coordination and performance monitoring of Global campaigns across Castlery markets. You will play a pivotal role in enhancing Castlery’s marketing campaigns effectiveness, that ultimately drives improved customer shopping experience and incremental sales.

As the Onsite & CRM Senior Specialist, you will be entrusted to:

  • Onsite Merchandising
  • Enhance customers’ shopping experience through the following:
  • Support onsite marketing calendar planning and content strategy
  • Manage, optimise and set-up all onsite marketing touch-points e.g. banner, landing pages, product ranking, product recommendations
  • Ensure website content is accurate and error-free, aligning with the onsite merchandising guidelines
  • Perform competitors research to identify opportunities & best practices to adopt.
  • Build customers’ confidence in our brand and products through reviews and customers user-generate content
  • Email Marketing
  • Lead and own email marketing calendar planning and content strategy.
  • Manage, set-up and optimise weekly newsletters/campaigns.
  • Perform competitors research to identify opportunities & best practices to adopt.
  • Lead/support Australia Market projects/initiatives related to CRM and/or Onsite


Requirements

  • 3-6 years in eCommerce or online services
  • Experience working with/in a product management team, CRO team or a role that oversees/impact website core vitals
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data into insights and actions.
  • Ability to work within tight deadlines, adjust to changes in priorities and balance short-term needs with long-term strategic initiatives.
  • Customer-first mindset.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience launching new features, tools or content strategy
  • Project/product management experience
