We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented e-commerce operations and Administrative Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our e-commerce platform, managing inventory, handling administrative duties, and supporting financial processes.
JOB DUTIES
- Fulfil and process daily e-commerce orders, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
- Manage and monitor stock inventory, including regular updates and reordering to maintain optimal levels.
- Coordinate and arrange bulk order shipments from overseas, ensuring compliance with import regulations.
- Perform basic bookkeeping tasks, such as tracking expenses and preparing invoices for the accounting team.
- Process bank payments and manage financial transactions on time.
- Handle monthly payroll processing, including CPF contributions and salary disbursements.
- Order and maintain company supplies, ensuring all departments have the necessary resources.
- Provide general administrative support as needed to ensure efficient office operations.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Previous experience in ecommerce operations or administrative roles is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Basic knowledge of bookkeeping and financial processes.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
