Job Title: APAC Program Lead
Our Client: Our client is a global technology distributor and solutions provider in cybersecurity, networking data centre and cloud infrastructure solutions.
This role will have a primary focus of implementing and managing programs for Cisco and Pure Storage across the APAC region to grow both the number of resellers and revenue.
This role will also perform a business development function by structuring and managing projects for new business in the APAC region.
The Responsibilities:
- Provide management oversight between the Vendors and the company’s teams across APAC for all strategic initiatives
- Launch of aligned Vendor campaigns and promotions in market
- Completion of training and enablement activities
- Provide sales and marketing support from the company
- Implement reseller incentives
- Execution of lead generation activities
- Completion of segmentation analysis or review of market trends
- Conduct annual planning workshops with the company’s Vendors
- Work with APAC teams to develop annual plans
- Manage the APAC Services & Software Renewals processes to drive consistency.
- Manage and participate in proposals, RFIs, RFPs from Vendors to win new business
The Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree
- Experience in business development and program management
- 7-10 years program or marketing experience in B2B company
- Experience ideally in the ICT industry
- Depth, ownership of and success with several B2B marketing channels eg. events, PR, demand generation etc.
