Position Purpose:

  • Provide HR functional support for the company and resolve issues through utilising defined guidelines and adapting standard procedures.

Responsibilities:

  • Plan and organise divisional/organisation wide engagement and welfare activities to meet the bonding and fun objectives.
  • Plan and execute Employee Relation, Engagement and Reward and Recognition system.
  • Ensure employee relation matters are monitored and updated on termination & dismissal, whistleblowing, grievances, disciplinary issues, work injuries, legal cases etc.
  • Communicate on the process and execution.
  • Monitor the system and gather feedback for improvement.
  • Provide consultative support regarding HR Policies and processes.
  • Handle enquiries and advise on proper grievance handling, termination and dismissal procedures.
  • Participate in the implementation of HR policies and processes.
  • Conduct workshops to equip line managers with the knowledge of people treatment, grievance handling, performance appraisal execution, TMS administration, etc
  • Conduct outlet visits and present visitation report.
  • Conduct exit interviews.
  • Plan and conduct orientation.
  • Employee Engagement, Reward and Recognition
  • Lead internal communication and employee engagement.
  • Contribute and feedback to department for continuous improvement.
  • Ensure clear communication with key customers.
  • Report and Records Maintenance
  • Administer and maintain accurate HR database and up to date employee records, both in the system and personal files.
  • Prepare reports and headcount accurately.
  • Other projects assigned.

Requirements

  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma
  • Human Resource Management or equivalent.
  • At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
