This advertisement is for recruiting 3 positions to Support School Operations.
If successfully selected, you will be seconded to a MOE primary school located in Ang Mo Kio.
Contract Period: From 1 Jan 2025 to 31 Dec 2025.
Personnel to be deployed at the following hours subject to school’s need:
- Mondays to Thursdays: 7:00am to 4:00pm, inclusive of ½ hour lunch break
- Fridays: 7:00am to 3:30pm, inclusive of 1/2 hour lunch break
- Service not required on Saturdays, Sundays and gazetted public holidays
The Services required are set out as follows:
- Opening and closing of classrooms and learning resource rooms.
- Carry out checks of teaching and learning facilities including toilets.
- Carry out checks and reporting of equipment/fixtures unserviceability.
- Accompany MOE term contractor eg Pest control, Electrician, Plumbers for mosquitoes breeding inspections and maintenance/repair works.
- Feedback on quality of work performed by contract cleaners and maintenance personnel.
- Assist in logistics support for school events and functions.
- Perform traffic warden duty.
The personnel shall minimally have the following qualifications, experience and skills:
- Able to understand simple English.
- Strong and healthy.
- No experience is required as OJT will be provided.
