Assistant Manager/ Manager (Payroll & HR Shared Services) - Ning
Our client is an established educational institution in Singapore.
Responsibilities
- This role is responsible for leading the Payroll and HR Shared Services teams.
- Lead and manage both the Payroll and Shared Services teams
- Payroll Management - Manage and oversee monthly payroll activities, including processing of salaries, statutory contributions, tax filing and other payroll related requirements
- Shared Services – Lead the HR Shared Services team to support various HR operations throughout the employee lifecycle
- Continuous review of processes to enhance employee experience, achieve operational efficiency, and drive operational excellence
Requirements
- Degree holder with 5 to 10 years of relevant working experience
- Extensive knowledge of Singapore’s regulations such as CPF Act and Income Tax Act
- Proficient in MS Office and SuccessFactors
- Self-driven, meticulous and able to meet multiple deadlines
- Hands on operationally with a passion to drive standardisation and streamlining of workflows and processes
- Strong interpersonal, communication and organizational skills
