· Assist with the full spectrum of the recruitment process which include arranging for interview, preparing and briefing of employment contract.
· Arrange and attend career fair.
· Maintain and update employee record in HR system (BIPO) promptly.
· Managing employee grievances.
· Facilitate employee engagement.
· Preparation of staff appraisal forms.
· Responsible for work pass administration such as work pass applications, renewal, cancellation and issuance.
· Administer worker’s dormitory.
· Verify HR documents and forms to ensure compliance with the HR policies and procedures.
· Manpower related survey.
Any other HR duties/projects that will be assigned from time to time.
