Job Description
· Responsible for satisfying the customers via quick order processing and accurate documentation.
· In Charge of liaising with the sales department to increase sales and understand what is necessary for the customer.
· Taking charge in managing order process and timely response to quality complaints
· Effectively communicating between sales team and customers
· Responsible in preventing the difference of collection and receivable between Sales department and Finance Department by providing accurate sales closing
· Taking care in prevention of any issues between credit limit and collection by applying purchase fund and local negotiation in a timely manner
Requirements
· Minimum Diploma in Engineering or equivalent
· Minimum 3 Years of working experience in Customer Service in Manufacturing Industry
· Knowledge in SAP
