Part Time Administration Support Executive

Roles & Responsibilities


  • A customer-service oriented attitude
  • Assist in customer service email enquiry and phone calls
  • Maintain and update data (EC platform payment)
  • Verify EC platform payment against packing list
  • Verify billings from 3PL warehouse storage and operation and local delivery invoice
  • Any other ad hoc duties as assigned
  • 6 month contract
  • Mon – Fri, 9.30am – 5.30pm


Requirements


  • Minimum ITE graduate
  • Knowledge of basic accounting terms
  • Knowledge of Microsoft office-Excel & office
  • Team-oriented approach with excellent interpersonal skills, meticulous, independent and has good analytical and problem solving skills
