The Company is a Singapore-incorporated holding company in the business of real estate holding and management. It provides administrative services to its subsidiaries. The Company is celebrating its 40th anniversary this year.



ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES


Overview of the Role


The Candidate will be providing administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of the office.


Scopes of responsibility


Reporting to the Director, your duties and responsibilites shall include (but not limited to) the following:


1. Reviewing and drafting documents (i.e., formal letters, formal emails).

2. Maintain, track and process payments for projects.

3. Organizing and maintaining physical files and electronic documents.

4. Scheduling and coordinating meetings.

5. Taking minutes of meetings.

6. Other adhoc general administrative support from time to time. Assist the team with any addiditional administrative tasks or projects as needed and as approved by the Director.


QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS REQUIRED

1. Diploma holder.

2. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (i.e, Excel, Word, Powerpoint).

3. Know how to do book-keeping.

4. Have good people skills required for coordination work.

5. Have an organized personality.

6. Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in a similar role.


This job may require you to travel to Malaysia and other Southeast Asian countries from time to time to attend meetings.


Only candidates with the relevant experience and skills sets will be considered favourably.
